John Hall, passed away on Tuesday 20th July 2010 at 10pm at the age of 73.

His contribution motorcycling community was 2nd to none. John has had many great achievements through his life. Creating what is now the A4DE (Australian Four Day Enduro) and bringing the ISDE (International Six Day Enduro) for the first time to Australia is only a small fraction of what this great man achieved.

Hall, the father of the Australian Four Day Enduro (A4DE), was a dedicated rider, Official and administrator who was responsible for starting the A4DE in 1978, and was the main instigator in pushing for the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) to be run in Australia, which took place in 1992 and 1998.

John was a Cessnock Motorcycle Club Life member and club legend.

John was also the importer of the TM brand of motorcycles.

The funneral will be held Saturday 24th July at St Johns Church, Cessnock. With club riders also meeting at Cessnock Motorcycles at 10am before proceeding to the church on their trailbikes as a mark of respect.

Our codolences to Joy, Mal and the family.
